He didn’t set out to become an entrepreneur. In fact his entire professional career has been a result of him wanting to live a life of purpose. With 15 years of servicing&amp;nbsp;families as a community worker and administrator under his belt, Damon has become a motivator, marketer, executive and creator of solutions. He is also a regarded motivational speaker and a developer of social related programs existing from Rhode Island to California.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At 23 he developed his first social service initiative. It was a program that provided life skills to men. The program was housed at&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.federalhillhouse.org/fhh-services.html"&gt;The Federal Hill House Association&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;That program received 70k in funding from the &lt;a href="http://www.dcyf.ri.gov/"&gt;RI Children’s Trust Fund&lt;/a&gt; and serviced nearly 200 men in two (2) years. He took that approach to the &lt;a href="http://www.mctf.org/"&gt;Massachusetts Children’s Trust Fund&lt;/a&gt;. He was responsible for recruitment and retention of men in 28 programs in Massachusetts. Those 28 programs serviced nearly 2000 families.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;His unmatched success in reaching&amp;nbsp;families has come from his ability to listen and identify the emotional and personal needs of the individual. He utilizes market research and consumer knowledge to better communities. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Damon is a product of Providence, RI but now resides in Richmond, Virginia. He is married two Citirah, whom he just happened to meet in marketing class at Johnson &amp;amp; Wales University.
